Unit Setouts
A unit setout provides reference marks (often nails in fences or stakes) needed by trades, about where each unit will be positioned on the site. These marks are spray-painted and labelled for easy identification.
We can also pin the concrete footings for the bricklayers.
We are well known for completing the challenging setout work that others can’t, or won’t do – on sloped and odd-shaped blocks, as well as large-scale setouts.
We use the latest surveying equipment to provide you with a reliable and accurate setout that will help the different trades to complete their jobs faster.
